WELLNESS RETREAT

FRENCH ALPES: 11 to 14 JUNE 2026   

We will gather in the breathtaking village of Megève, a sanctuary where time slows down. This retreat is intentionally crafted to foster deep connection, both with a like-minded community and, most importantly, with yourself.

Your All-Inclusive Experience:

• Daily Practice: Sunrise and sunset yoga and meditation sessions.

• Gourmet Nutrition: Farm-to-table meals prepared with local ingredients.

MEET NATHALIE, OUR FOUNDER

Nathalie is a London-based Yoga Therapeutic Specialist and Teacher Trainer dedicated to the application of yoga as a tool for emotional and physical development. 

With a personal practice spanning three decades, she brings a depth of experience and clinical precision to every session.

Whether leading Teacher Trainings or international retreats Nathalie’s approach is defined by three pillars:  presence, joy, and compassion.

Area of Expertise: 

  • Therapeutic Excellence: Expert guidance in injury rehabilitation, Yin, and Restorative practices prioritizing safe, functional alignment.

  • Neurological Balance: Integrating Pranayama and meditation to foster emotional regulation and nervous system health.

  • Inclusive Mastery: From high-performance athletes to those navigating chronic pain, Nathalie provides a nurturing, sophisticated space for all levels.

  • Educational Integration: Experienced in designing and delivering formal wellbeing curricula for the independent school sector, enhancing pupils' emotional literacy and classroom focus.
